The most traditional way to use dose Cannabis Oil Medicine

A syringe is the most traditional way to dose FECO / full extract cannabis oil.

The [ cannabis oil syringes ] are pre-filled syringes containing FECO of varying volumes, from 1ml (or gram) to 5ml (or grams) and can be dispensed to pretty much the exact amount desired.

These syringes are one of the most versatile products for dosing FECO. In this form, the oil may be used in any dosing method, whether used topically, ingested directly, infused into homemade edibles, or taken with food.

There are three main ways that RSO should be used:

Oral Ingestion

One is by orally ingesting the oil, which can be done with food, taken directly, or used sublingually under the tongue.

Suppositories

Another is via suppositories. While this method is less common and less well-known, it can offer a valuable alternative for patients who can’t consume medicine orally, as well as potentially providing stronger relief for certain gastrointestinal conditions. If you experience difficulty swallowing, or have any kind of disability or condition that makes oral consumption difficult, you might consider this method. THC or CBD suppositories are designed to be inserted into the vagina or rectum, where the medication is quickly absorbed into the body.

Once the cannabis suppository is inserted into the vagina or rectum, the body's warmth helps to dissolve the medication. Blood vessels located in the mucous membranes of the rectum & vagina can then absorb the cannabinoids, which then make their way into the bloodstream. This distributes the effects throughout the body and may also lead to fast-acting, localised pain relief.

THC suppositories may also cause less intoxication compared to other consumption methods such as vaping or ingestion. Rectal or vaginal administration typically results in a longer, slower release time, making the onset of effects smoother. This is especially beneficial for patients in palliative care or with chronic conditions who require high doses but desire a gentler experience.

Topically

Another method is to use FECO topically, in which case it is recommended to cover the area with a bandage. There is no one option that is better than the next when it comes to using FECO. It is up to your preference and your needs to decide which method works best for you.

How Much RSO Should I Take?

This is a loaded question as the amount can vary from person to person depending on things like tolerance, and what is being treated.

It is suggested that you start with a lower dose equal to about 10mg (milligrams) or the size of half (1/2) a grain of rice.
This amount can be taken orally or used topically.
Wait at least 3 hours between dosing.

The safety advice is “start low and go slow” to avoid taking too much.

When taken orally, remember that THC can have psychoactive effects (make you high) so, take a very small amount for the first few days.

Wait at least 3 hours between dosing.

... And don’t be fooled by the delicious taste of the cannabis-infused crunchies, brownies or other edibles. Remember they contact this cannabis oil and you need to stick the correct dose so as to avoid an unpleasant side effects, like feeling too high, a little paranoid, etc

For newcomers to THC cannabis oil, some even recommend 5mg of THC oil to start with, and taking low doses for several days before escalating.

Others consider 10mg the norm, which is supposed to be roughly equivalent to one alchoholic drink, in terms of intoxication.

Remember: start low and go slow!

Cannabis oil and edibles take considerably longer than smoking or vaping to take effect.

However, the effects last much longer when eaten/orally consumed.

While most will see a benefit within 2 hours, this my not always be the experience however.

If you’ve overdone it, you will have to ride out unwanted side effects... just remember, no one has ever died from cannabis in over 5,000 years of use.

(…versus, for example ‘more than 380 deaths each day in the USA due to excessive alcohol use.)

Warning - Under 18 Years Old

FECO is not sold to persons under the age of 18 years old and you must take great care in keeping any and all of your cannabis infused edibles, sweets, gummies, oil etc far out of reach of under 18s and minors.

Should You Use FECO if You’re New to Cannabis?

This is a common question many people have when they first start using cannabis. Using FECO is a great way to get all the benefits that cannabis has to offer, because it is a full-spectrum, potent oil that can be used in many different ways. It is worth trying if you are new to cannabis, as it can help with many conditions.
